Communications Opt-Out Policy

Users must be current active customers for any communication to be initiated.

Users may opt-out of communications at any time.

User Profile

Customers of STFWorks products are provisioned with an account where they can manage their user profile. By default, customers are opted-in to text and email notificiations. The user profile has the option to Opt-Out of future communictions by selected the "Communication Opt-Out" checkbox.

SMS/Text Communication

All SMS Messages conclude with the following statement "Respond STOP to this message to stop further messages"

Email Communication

All Email Messages conclude with a link at the bottom "Click Here to this message to stop further messages"
